I had an amazing experience with Dr. Faircloth and his entire team! I recently had a gingivectomy, and from start to finish, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and caring. A special thank you to Taylor, the anesthesiologist, who was so patient and understanding while working with my rolling and swelling veins. He made what could have been a stressful experience much more comfortable. The surgical assistant was absolutely amazing as well—attentive, reassuring, and so friendly throughout the procedure. I also truly appreciate the office working with my busy schedule by accommodating both my consultation and surgery on the same day. That level of flexibility meant so much to me. Thank you, Dr. Faircloth and your wonderful team, for providing exceptional care. I highly recommend your practice to anyone looking for outstanding oral surgery care!

The staff here is a bunch of liars. My ins paid out more than was billed, and when i called "Alyssa" said that the money went into a "fund" for future visits, per the ins. company. I played along, just to see what she would say, but i knew it was a lie. I know this because I used to work in insurance, and these women had been acting really shady. So i called and asked for the office manager. After a week of trying to get a hold of this person, she finally returned my call and when i brought the lie to her attention, she took up for her employee and then hung up on me. Needless to say i got a check mailed to me for the ins. overpayment. Patriots Park Dental was complicit in the scam. I dont recommend anyone going to either of these places, especially if you have dental phobia, as I do.

I had been putting off some oral surgery that I needed badly for quite a while (around 10 yrs.). When I went in for the consultation, my wife and I met with Dr. Faircloth, and we were blown away!! He is so kind, courteous, and down to earth. He explained everything clearly, and took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. The office staff there is quite amazing as well, and made sure everything was perfect for me. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone., that needs any type of services that they offer, because they are outstanding, and we are so thankful, and blessed to have found them!!! Thank you for all y’all do!! God bless!!!

Dr. Faircloth has been nothing short of amazing to my family! My daughter had double jaw surgery, and he and his staff have made a difficult situation very pleasant. He is always prompt, respectful, and very kind at each visit. We are from Macon, and are always thanked for traveling the distance to see Dr. Faircloth. His staff offered us hotel and restaurant recommendations to make the visits more comfortable for us. After my daughter’s surgery he had beautiful flowers delivered to her, and a member of his team called just to make sure we made it home safely. Small details like that really made us feel valued and appreciated. I’d highly recommend Dr. Faircloth

Dr. Faircloth and his staff are the best! Last April, our son was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident in which he sustained several broken bones including the jaw and we were very fortunate to have Dr. Faircloth performing emergency surgery. During our son's 4-day stay in the ICU and another 2 days in the recovery room following the surgery, Dr. Faircloth came by almost every day to check on his welfare and progress. He was caring and extremely thorough about the upcoming procedures and what to expect. Everything went exactly as he described over the next 11 months. Also, much kudos to his staff for being efficient and effective, especially to Avery who didn't mind communicating with our son outside of her work hours about scheduling and his medical condition. We would have been completely lost and in trouble without Dr. Faircloth and his awesome team.
